The Natural Habitat and sense of History that has set apart our region is respected and welcomed into our daily lives. We encourage all to live in harmony with our land that is bucolic, open and green. We encourage and actively support the time-honored Zoning Code that has added to the creation of this unique and sublime place called Bath. We support and advance the work being carried on my the Bath Historic District Committee as encouraged by our distinguished Township Trustees.
Bath Historic Committee plans first major meeting - A Success!The first major informational meeting is took place on Wednesday, March 12 at 6PM in the Historic Bath Town Hall. This important meeting presented the benefits and reasons that placing your home on the National Register of Historic Places makes sense for you personally and for your community! This endeavor of creating historic districts and zoning overlays to protect and preserve past, encourages environments that generate artistic and cultural benefits for all citizens. We are currently on record as being adamantly opposed to the construction of Cell Phone Towers or other activity that challenge or otherwise threaten our Quality of Life in the Historic and Scenic Byway Districts of Bath. Please send your letters & emails to the below address. Note: The Cell Tower construction in Historic and Residential districts is not an issue at this time. We stay vigilant to such activity and have collected hundreds of Petition Signatures opposing such Wireless Tower Construction in our Historic and Residential areas. These petitions are archived for future use if need be.
